Return & Refund Policy (Worldwide)

At Wienver, we want you to shop with confidence. Below is our worldwide return and refund policy, designed to comply with international consumer protection standards.


Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Customers)

If your order is delivered to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

Returns for Customers Outside the EU & UK

For customers outside the EU and UK, returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is defective

  • The product was damaged during shipping

  • You received an incorrect item

In these cases, Wienver will cover return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

If you change your mind and are located outside the EU/UK, we are unable to accept returns.

Refunds
